After a full field season, Jérémy has officially packed up his traps and said goodbye to the Montreal summer. Jérémy’s project aims to understand the role and biodiversity of insects across the city. Very little is known about insect biogeography and biodiversity within cities and this ambitious project will hopefully help fill some of those knowledge gaps.

So what are the next steps? Months of molecular analysis and continuing to write his article on a new method to extract insect DNA! Wish him luck.
