Panawun, a recent graduate of the environmental and wildlife management program offered by Vanier college, is helping advance Jeremy’s PhD project on urban insect biodiversity. She has been hard at work assisting with arthropod DNA extractions and hopes her time with the PaqLab will allow her to gain more experience, develop her skills and deepen her understanding in the field of ecology. 

With a background in computer engineering, Panawun aspires to become an interdisciplinary environmental technician who serves the community through science. With the quality of work we have seen from her thus far, we  know that this is sure to come to fruition!
