As a master's student in microbial ecology and a graduate of the bachelor's degree program in microbiology, I am very interested in the effects of biological organisms on humans. I study specific bioaerosols (pollen and microorganisms) along socio-economic and vegetation gradients. I am also interested in helping human populations with my research, such as providing them with information on potential allergens in the air of their own neighborhoods.
