The influence of tree functional diversity on light capture over time, a phenological study
The influence of tree functional diversity on light capture over time, a phenological study
Tree specific and functional diversity have an impact on forest ecosystems and their functioning. The diversity of one’s neighbours can affect some of these characteristics. Over the course of this study, we seek to determine if this diversity affects the leaf phenology of individuals and the influence of this variation on light capture over time. For this project, we use remote sensing techniques by drone at the IDENT experimental forest level and spectrometry at the leaf level.
